**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD software.
- Prepare architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings based on design specifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members and clients.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain organized files of project drawings and revisions.
- Prepare documentation, such as specifications and reports, to accompany drawings.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in project scheduling and planning as needed.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of drafts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate's degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in architectural or engineering projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to focus on accuracy and precision in drafting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
