**Job Summary**:
**Back Office Support**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
- Provide general support to various departments as needed.

**Sales Support**:

- Process sales orders and prepare sales quotations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints (not in initial stage).
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide support for sales related marketing activities.

**Digital Marketing Specialist - Job Summary**:

- Work closely with teams like design, sales, accounts, and field staff to ensure alignment.
- Schedule team tasks, monitor deadlines, and update status reports.
