**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as blog posts, graphics, newsletters, and videos.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide reports to the team.
- Assist with paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) by setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies to enhance online presence and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
