**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**

❖ Graphic Design:
Develop creative and visually striking designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.

Ensure consistency in brand identity and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.

❖ Video Editing:
Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality videos that align with project goals and objectives.
Enhance videos with effects, graphics, and animations to create engaging and compelling visual content.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.

❖ Illustration:
Create original illustrations and artwork that align with project objectives and target audience.
Use various illustration techniques and styles to bring concepts to life and enhance visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the design team to incorporate illustrations into overall design projects.

❖ UI/UX Design:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experience.

❖ Project Management and Collaboration:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive designs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in video editing, illustration, and UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and visually appealing designs, illustrations, and videos.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
