**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the designated territory, focusing on channel and dealer networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective channel development aligned with the company's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions through the channel network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record (4-6 years) in sales, emphasizing channel and dealer network management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of the Maharashtra market and industries such as Cold Room, industrial, Pharma, etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
