Charms Classic Deco, a leading player in the flooring industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving sales, and fostering key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their flooring requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our range of flooring products, including our in-house brand, Volonte.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the vinyl flooring market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, market research, and lead generation.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide valuable insights to the team for product development and marketing strategies.

Travel Requirements:

- Engage in regular travel within Mumbai and potentially other regions as needed.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in field sales and business development, preferably in the flooring or construction industry and good connects with architects and interior designers/PMCs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
