**Job Title: Jr. Purchase Executive**
- **Educational Qualifications**

Must - Graduation Preferable - Diploma / Degree in Engineering Additional qualifications in Material Management
- **Scope of the job**:

- Timely and cost effective procurement of engineering components / services for projects including spares, coordination/ follow up with vendors, liaison with other relevant functions in the organisation.
- Vendor assessment and development
- **Job Description-**:

- Timely and cost effective procurement of Engineering components /services/ bought outs as per requirements
- Coordination and follow up for timely deliveries
- Vendor development
- Performance evaluation of vendors
- Liaising with other functions in the Organization such as Finance such as Finance, stores and the user department
- Timely and correct reporting to HOD, other senior collogues (MIS)
- **Incumbent needs to know**
- Detailed understanding of procurement process
- Import process and procedures
- Working on ERP
- GST rules and other taxatio
- **Experience - **Minimum 3 years of experience in handling procurement in Projects / Engineering Organization**:
