Bodyshop Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and handle enquiries related to accident repairs, bodywork, and paint jobs.
- Provide clear explanations of repair processes, costs, and timelines.
- Keep customers updated on progress and expected completion dates.
- **Job Booking & Administration**:

- Schedule bodyshop appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Open and close job cards, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare invoices and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
- **Estimation & Insurance Liaison**:

- Prepare repair estimates using bodyshop estimating software.
- Liaise with insurance companies and assessors for claim approvals.
- Ensure all authorizations are received before repairs commence.
- **Coordination & Workflow Management**:

- Communicate effectively with the workshop, parts department, and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor repair progress and resolve any delays or issues.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure vehicles are repaired to manufacturer and insurance standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle body repair processes.
- Familiarity with estimating systems (e.g., Audatex, Glass’s, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
- IT literacy (MS Office, DMS software).

Pay: ₹11,832.82 - ₹23,000.00 per month
