Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers and handle enquiries related to accident repairs bodywork and paint jobs Provide clear explanations of repair processes costs and timelines Keep customers updated on progress and expected completion dates Job Booking Administration Schedule bodyshop appointments and manage workflow efficiently Open and close job cards ensuring all details are accurate and up to date Prepare invoices and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Estimation Insurance Liaison Prepare repair estimates using bodyshop estimating software Liaise with insurance companies and assessors for claim approvals Ensure all authorizations are received before repairs commence Coordination Workflow Management Communicate effectively with the workshop parts department and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Monitor repair progress and resolve any delays or issues Quality Compliance Ensure vehicles are repaired to manufacturer and insurance standards Maintain compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Key Skills Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills Good knowledge of vehicle body repair processes Familiarity with estimating systems e g Audatex Glass s etc is an advantage Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork IT literacy MS Office DMS software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 832 82 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
