**Job Title**: Tax Advocate - GST Appeals & Litigation

Location: Chennai

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, file, and manage GST appeals, writ petitions, and representations before appellate authorities and courts.
- Appear and argue matters before Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and GST authorities.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory on GST issues, notices, and disputes.
- Stay updated with changes in GST laws, notifications, and case laws.
- Collaborate with the internal tax and compliance teams for case preparation.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Advocate with 3-6 years of experience in taxation law (focus on GST preferred).
- Strong expertise in GST litigation, appeals, and writ petitions.
- In-depth understanding of GST Act, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent drafting, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases independently.
