**Roles and Responsibilities**

Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated OT Technician to join our team in the field of ophthalmology.

The responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing operating rooms in advance of eye surgeries to ensure optimal conditions.
- Assist Eye OT
- Assist Phaco -cataract surgeries &Retina Surgeries
- Assist other Ophthalmic Surgeries.
- Cleaning and maintenance of OT and standards.
- Taking Care of Pre operative & Post operative patient.
- Sterilizing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Assisting surgeons during procedures by ensuring the seamless operation of equipment. - Demonstrating prior experience as an OT Technician specifically in ophthalmology.
- Possessing a solid understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures and the relevant equipment.
- Maintaining composure and focus in high-pressure situations, contributing to efficient surgical outcomes.

This position requires a commitment to professional excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
