Job Title: Video Support Executive

Location: Pune / Mumbai (WFH options available)

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Company:
We are hiring for a leading Agri-Tech company that provides GPS tracking solutions for tractors. These trackers help farmers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and secure their equipment.

Languages Required:

- Hindi and English (for internal coordination)
- Marathi / Kannada / Telugu (any one or more preferred)

Work Options:

- Pune: Work from Home. May require field visits if issues can't be resolved remotely
- Mumbai: Fully Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide video support in Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Guide customers on installation and mobile app usage
- Escalate unresolved problems
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Communicate clearly and empathetically

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass
- Fluent in Hindi and at least one of Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
