As a Cashier for our restaurant, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.
- Calculate and return appropriate change to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting cash drawers and reconciling transactions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
