Madhapur Hyderabad Telangana, India Hiring Embassy Full time

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter.
Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)
Budget: 3.4lpa to 5.5lpa
US Shift/Night Shift(7PM-4PM)
No Cab facility or canteen

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
- Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Maintain and build the vendor contacts.
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check,

drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Publish progress reports to management every week.
- Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Comfortable to work in night shift
- Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Good verbal and written skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
