**Brief on HR Tech**:
HR Tech Organization entails the entire HCM business, encompassing employee life cycle
management from pre hire to post retire. HR Technology Solutions from SaaS, PaaS and
Managed services. HRtech services TL existing clients with Digital Workforce Solutions. Totally
we are serving more than 500 clients and are one of the top providers of the Compliance
Outsourcing Services in India.
**Role Summary**:
Consultative Sales Role in Individual Contributor capacity, accountability for aggressive revenue billing targets - monthly, quarterly, yearly. Collaborating with internal stakeholders - IT, Operations to ensure billing targets are met. Should have sound understanding of SaaS / Platform Sales in HR domain or combination of HCM enabled payroll outsourcing services in India
- Results oriented with proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth, customer loyalty and driving sustainable market growth amidst volatile market forces
- A strategic thinker with strong tactical and analytical acumen to drive results
- Experience 8 - 12 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue numbers from existing/new clients for HRtech SaaS, Platform Sales.
- Aggressively expand customer base by identify avenues for generating revenue through extensive networking with CHRO’s/ HR Heads.
- Building strong sales pipeline of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Handholding the clients for standard sign-up, migration process for SaaS, platform sales.
- Working with client solutions team for drafting value propositions based on inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Handles escalations with Clients to ensure continuous revenue from clients and retention of billing from clients.
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
- Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, etc.
- Participation in various HRtech forums, seminars to increase prospect base and build robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue numbers.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development
**Mandatory Skills**:
- Confident and aggressive consultative sales professionals with demonstrable sales achievements.
- Prior experience in HRTech/HRtech enabled services domain
- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of extremely high growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Well versed with using sales CRM for daily reporting
**Desirable Skills**
- Good negotiator and quick decision maker
- Team & Vertical Leadership - Complete awareness and knowledge building around the allotted verticals in HRtech.
- Creative thinkers with Consultative/ Solution sales approach
- Experience in a client front ending / delivery team/ volume sales would be preferred
- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
- Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base
- Strong time management skills
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
**Preferred Qualification**
- Master degree in Sales, Marketing from Premier MBA / Institution is a must
