**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years
- Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities aligned with developmental milestones
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and support their individual learning journeys
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to create a cohesive learning environment
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
- Engage children through creative expression, storytelling, and hands-on activities

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate (mandatory)
- Montessori / ECCEd certification (mandatory)
- Strong passion for early childhood education and child-led learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Creativity in art, craft, and classroom enrichment will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
