Pre-primary Teacher

A Pre-Primary Teacher creates a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for young children, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Key responsibilities include developing creative lesson plans, assessing and documenting child progress, communicating effectively with parents, managing the classroom and maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with colleagues to support a cohesive educational experience. Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum and Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote basic skills in language, mathematics, and social interaction.
- **Classroom Environment**: Create and maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play, art, and other engaging activities.
- **Child Development**: Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children, helping them to reach developmental milestones.
- **Assessment and Documentation**: Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development, providing feedback to parents.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and school activities.
- **Classroom Management**: Promote positive behavior and manage classroom activities, including lessons, play, and breaks.
