**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - IT & Digital Services
**Experience**: 0-1 Years
**Location**: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula (Tri-City)
**About Us**
If you’re a people person with a flair for tech, strategy, and on-ground engagement, this role offers a dynamic blend of **field networking and digital transformation selling**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential clients across the Tri-City region, including SMEs, institutes, and startups.
- Pitch QCS’s IT & Digital Services — Web/App Development, HRMS SaaS, Automation Tools, and Marketing Solutions.
- Conduct live demos for SaaS products.
- Build strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships and client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and service presentations.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collect field insights and provide regular market feedback.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within **IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing** domains.
- Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, cold outreach, and lead conversion strategies.
- Strong understanding of the **Tri-City market** and local business landscape.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in **Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field**.
- 0-1 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication and learning zeal are welcome).
**Compensation**:
- Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance.
