Client Relations Representative

To succeed as a Relationship Manager, you should have experience in the following areas:
Client-facing interactions, building and nurturing good relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and investment objectives, offering personalized support and guidance throughout the sales journey to ensure satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge that influences client approaches and solution offerings,
A comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and associated product offerings,
Create persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of our projects and services, effectively conveying value propositions and negotiating terms to secure deals.
Keep accurate records of client interactions, activities, and deal pipelines through software, while preparing regular reports and forecasts to monitor progress against targets.
Set up new client accounts, documenting information either manually or digitally.
Actively listen to client concerns or post-sale complaints to identify the root cause of issues.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with clients and follow up through calls to ensure continued satisfaction.
Clearly explain project details to clients, ensuring they have a full understanding.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
Provide timely and appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
Escalate complex cases to management, providing necessary background information for resolution.
Regularly update and maintain financial account details using software.
Proactively anticipate customer needs and follow up with past clients to offer reorders or additional services.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a challenging and dynamic environment,
Fluency in additional languages.
Effective communication skills
Ideally prior client facing experience
