**Position: Client Relationship Manager**

**Job Types**: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher | Volunteer
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Schedule**: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusted client relationships through personalized interactions
- Present and explain AFWHO’s property offerings with clarity and enthusiasm
- Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions
- Handle client concerns and complaints effectively and professionally
- Anticipate customer needs and offer additional services or reorders
- Update financial and customer records regularly using CRM tools
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication with professionalism

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client-facing or sales roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and competitive offerings is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome
