We are seeking an experienced **remote Associate Software Architect** to join our team, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including development, testing, and deployment
-Contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
-Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions
-Conduct code reviews and ensure the use of best practices and coding standards
-Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions
-Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and contribute to the development of the technical community within the organization
- requirements-
At least 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development using Java
-At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
-At least 1 year of experience as a Java Solution Architect
-In-depth knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern, API Gateway, Apache Maven, Spring, and Microsoft SQL Server
-Experience in Windows Server 2019 environments, including deployment and configuration
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing practical and effective solutions
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
-Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Experience in cloud-based environments, such as AWS or Azure
-Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD
-Experience in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
