**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with clients’ branding and marketing goals.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including stories, posts, carousels, and reels.
- Monitor and boost engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase follower count organically and through paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals and campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithms to keep accounts ahead of the curve.
- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and expectations and deliver outstanding results.
- Strategize and execute social media campaigns aimed at generating leads, boosting sales, and enhancing brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging, visually appealing, and impactful content.
- Experience with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Creative, proactive, and driven to achieve measurable results.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in increasing engagement and followers through viral reels, stories, and trend-based content.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Familiarity with tools for scheduling and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
