**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability criteria.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand price trends and identify sourcing opportunities, as well as from online sourcing.

3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes.

4. Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including receiving and reviewing purchase requisitions, issuing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating bids, and creating purchase orders.

5. Ensure timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.

6. Track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any procurement-related issues.

7. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.

8. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular evaluations.

9. Address vendor-related issues and manage contract compliance.

10. Negotiate price reductions and explore value engineering opportunities.

11. Resolve quality issues with suppliers.

12. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and pricing agreements.

13. Prepare procurement reports and analyses as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in SAP MM module
- Experience working with ERP systems or procurement software.
