The Store Assistant supports the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring the efficient handling of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting in the smooth operation of the store. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Handling**:

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are stored properly and are easily accessible.
- Prepare and package goods for dispatch according to company procedures.
- **Stock Management**:

- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Help in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the Store Manager when items need to be reordered.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures.
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and tasks.
- Help in keeping the store clean, organized, and safe.
- **Customer and Staff Interaction**:

- Respond to internal requests for inventory and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or accidents.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or retail environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
