**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage and organize store inventory efficiently to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of hydraulic products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Cash Handling: Strong skills in processing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and stock management.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve store goals and provide a seamless customer experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage store inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.
- Offer product recommendations and information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in inventory or store operations to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture and work environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
