Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cosmetic products to customers.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Keep track of inventory and restock products as needed.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management.
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage social media accounts to promote products and engage with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales representative in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
