We are expanding our Global Software Engineering presence in India. We are looking for a **Staff SDET** to join our team in Bengaluru.

*Responsibilities:*
- Contribute to the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient integration and delivery across products.
- Address automation technical debt by implementing improvements to increase test automation coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support the enhancement of automation processes and workflows.
- Conduct performance and scalability tests within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed automation test documentation, including reports and dashboards to track progress.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex automation and infrastructure issues within pipelines and testing environments.
- Stay up to date with advancements in CI/CD, automation tools, and cloud technologies to introduce new best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation, CI/CD pipeline development, Jenkins & GitHub actions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, Golang, or similar.
- Solid understanding of different automation testing tools, Frameworks, and techniques, particularly in automated environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing testing processes and infrastructure.

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
