Job Overview

Proactive For Her is seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing judgement-free, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions to women. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills
- Valid nursing license to practice in Karnataka
- Clinical competence in providing nursing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to record and document information accurately.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong patient education skills to promote preventive care and wellness.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skill

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to women of all ages, handling multiple health concerns and conditions.
- Assess patient health through regular check-ups, screenings, and consultations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in gynecological examinations, Pap smears, and other reproductive health procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatments provided.
- Educate patients about preventive measures, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a caring and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
