We’re currently hiring for **multiple impactful roles** at our Thane Lighthouse centre:
**Open Positions**:
1. **Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)**
- Conduct the Foundation Course for new students at the Lighthouse.
- Help students build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

2. **Spoken English cum Digital Trainer**
- Deliver engaging training sessions focused on English communication and basic digital literacy.
- Guide students in improving their workplace readiness and technology use.
- Customize teaching techniques to suit diverse learning needs.

3. **Outreach Coordinator**
- Mobilize youth from nearby underserved communities and build strong rapport with families.
- Act as a role model and explain program benefits clearly and convincingly.
- Ensure maximum and eligible enrolment in line with program goals.
- Based in or near **Thane**, with the ability to join immediately.
- Relevant educational background and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred).
- Deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
