**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to present company offerings.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable IT service solutions such as web development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT support.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and ability to understand technical offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field sales visits.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or managed IT services.
- Local market knowledge and existing client network.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
