**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest), including graphics, videos, stories, and reels.
- Social Media Management: Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing feed.
- Engagement & Community Building: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, competitor activities to help improve our strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, campaigns, and ways to increase brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics and assist in creating reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance.
- Potentially act as an influencer for the brand, showcasing our products authentically.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand style and values.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with an understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and knowledge of content formats on each.
- Experience with Design Tools: Basic experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on social media trends

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for social media and familiarity with various platforms
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
