**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Teach a variety of English courses, including but not limited to: composition, literature, creative writing, and language studies.
- Develop and deliver engaging course content, including lectures, assignments, exams, and multimedia resources.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to address diverse learning styles and support student learning outcomes.
- Encourage and facilitate student participation and critical thinking through class discussions, projects, and group work.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in designing and revising curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and the institution.
- Ensure course content aligns with departmental goals and academic standards.
- **Student Mentorship and Advising**:

- Provide academic advising to students regarding coursework, career paths, and graduate school opportunities.
- Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting student success and intellectual growth.
- **Research and Professional Development**:

- Engage in scholarly research, writing, and publications in your area of expertise.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated on current trends in English studies and pedagogy.
- **Institutional Service**:

- Serve on departmental and institutional committees as assigned.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, open houses, and outreach activities to promote the English program.
- Collaborate with colleagues on departmental initiatives and interdisciplinary programs.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Monitor and assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and grading.
- Utilize assessment data to improve teaching strategies and student learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Master's (preferred)
