**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our target audience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for visual content.
- Familiarity with design tools.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and come up with new design ideas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (freshers are welcome).
- Experience with social media post design is a plus.

**KPIs**:

- Number of graphics created per week/month.
- Engagement rate on posts designed.
- On-time completion of assigned design tasks.
