We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us create visually compelling designs that captivate audiences and enhance our client's brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and design a variety of digital and print materials such as **logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, brochures, websites, and mobile app interfaces**.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure designs align with the client’s brand guidelines and business goals.
- Work closely with the project managers to understand the scope of each project and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Brainstorm new ideas and design concepts to maintain fresh and innovative creativity for marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in **graphic design, digital marketing, and technology** to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience working in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across digital and print media.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in creating designs for websites and mobile apps.
- Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a strong creative voice.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics, a video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, or other web development platforms.
- Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing trends.

Pay: ₹10,072.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
