**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts & Audit**:

- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial records and reports to identify areas for improvement

**Income Tax**:

- Manage tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for clients.
- Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Represent clients in income tax assessments and appeals.

**GST**:

- Oversee GST registration, return filing, and compliance.
- Advise clients on GST implications for their business operations.
- Handle GST audits and assessments.

**FEMA**:

- Provide advisory services on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations.
- Assist clients with cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and compliance with RBI regulations.

**Valuation**:

- Perform business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes.
- Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

**Corporate Finance**:

- Advise on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
- Conduct financial due diligence and feasibility studies.
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial models, and investment proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, Income tax laws, GST regulations, and FEMA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
