Experience of at least 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative

(Preferably from - a ( **Logistics & cargo Industry**)

**Location - Surat ( Bardoli )**

**SALARY - 15k to 18k**

**Job Description: -**
- Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and

international clients.
- Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and

overseas agents
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written & oral linguistics skills.
- Planning & executing the shipment from Factory till final destination
- Coordinate with Shipper, liner, airline, transporter, CHA, Surveyor
- Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, Operations & Customer Service
- Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to process of shipment.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by

customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software

programs.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

**Key Skills Required: -**
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Business administration / commercial background / Industry experience
- Exposure to international trade, knowledge of shipping terms and documentation

is essential
- Good Written and Verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS word, Excel, Internet, PDF etc.
