Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage TPA (Third Party Administrator) operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the hospital and insurance companies.
- Process and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Handle patient queries related to insurance coverage, claims status, and other related concerns.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with insurance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to staff on TPA-related processes and updates.
- Ensure all TPA-related records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to insurance claims and reimbursements.
- Assist in improving processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written, read, and spoken).
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Clinical knowledge and understanding of hospital operations and patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
