Core Responsibilities:

- **Claims Processing**:TPAs handle the entire claims process, from receiving and reviewing documents to verifying policyholder eligibility and assessing claims.
- **Network Management**:They manage and maintain a network of hospitals and healthcare providers, negotiating agreements for cashless treatments and discounted rates.
- **Customer Support**:TPAs provide customer support services, including helplines and online portals, to assist policyholders with inquiries, claim submissions, and claim tracking.
- **Record Keeping**:They maintain accurate records of claims history, which can be used by insurance companies for analysis and decision-making.
- **Compliance**:TPAs ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes related to claims processing.

Specific TPA Roles:

- **TPA Coordinator**:May be responsible for coordinating with TPA teams, resolving customer queries, and providing support to other departments.
- **TPA Executive**:Might focus on managing the billing and claims submission process for TPAs, potentially overseeing the overall operation of claims processing.
- **TPA Billing Executive**:Could be specifically involved in handling billing, updating implant bills, and reconciling accounts.
- **Assistant TPA Insurance**:Might assist in processing insurance claims and managing TPA functions within a healthcare setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
