We operate through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, enabling sustainable, city-level transformation by aligning the efforts of government, corporates, and civil society.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and community-driven **Outreach Coordinator** for our upcoming Lighthouse Centre in **Lucknow**. The Outreach Coordinator will be the face of the program within local communities, responsible for youth mobilization, trust-building, and ensuring youth engagement throughout their learning and career journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize youth (ages 18-35) from slum and low-income communities in and around Lucknow.
- Build strong relationships with youth and their families to spread awareness of the Lighthouse program and its benefits.
- Ensure timely and targeted enrolment into the program based on defined criteria.
- Maintain regular, one-on-one engagement with enrolled youth to track attendance, motivation, and continued participation.
- Conduct home visits when necessary to support or follow up with students.
- Map and document community households using tools like Google Maps or GIS.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and institutions to enhance program outreach.
- Represent and maintain the Lighthouse Centre as a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for youth.
- Support internal teams in daily operations and special initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MSW or any relevant field preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in community mobilization.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with GIS mapping is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and local dialects**.
- Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in field settings.
- Comfortable with local travel within Lucknow.
