**Job Description** Position**: Credentialing TL - US Medical Billing

**Compensation**: Depends on Experience & Qualification

**Job Type**: Full Time, 8 hour shift with overlapping time with PST (California Time zone)

**Location**: Remote / Chennai, TN Start Date: ASAP

**Experience**: 5 years + Industry: Healthcare - Health Services

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining relationships with key directors and managers at IPAs and medical groups.
- Handling credentialing team members and coach them.
- Acquiring new insurance contracts for physician/medical group clients.
- Renegotiating contract rates for physician/medical group clients.
- Familiar with contracting terms and definitions..i.e. LOA’s. MOU’s, LOI’s
- Knowledge of CPT codes and ICD 9
- Possess superior organizational skills
- Previous experience working with contract regulations for managed care.
- Excellent Customer Service experience dealing with Provider Relations departments.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance Contracting & Credentialing. (required) with team handling
- Experience with obtaining insurance/IPA contracts. (required)
- 5+ years of experience with US based Health plans/IPA's (required)
