Overview:
EUC Workplace Architect:
**Experience**:
Associate's degree and/or 12-15 years of experience.

Strong background of proven success in a centrally managed and/or outsourced workplace.

Previous experience in technical and functional design of Digital Workplace Services (DWS).

Solid record of success in managing customer satisfaction in an IT Services environment that includes end user desktop support.

**Skills**:Understanding and experience of the challenges associated with managing and delivering Digital Workplace program across the project life cycle. Broad understanding/skills in how Digital Workplace fits into a cloud-enabled enterprise and service management. Knowledge of operational support associated with taking a client on a journey from non-standard practices to an “As a Service” model.

Analysis & Problem Solving, Planning/Organizing/Work Management, Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail, Learning Agility, Influencing, Tenacity, Building Trust, Listening, Delivery Workstreams Coordination / Management, Strong oral and written communications in English, Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with several levels of the customer’s organization.

Should have L3 troubleshooting experience on SCCM, software distribution, patching and apps packaging.

Exposure on Next think and Systrack is added advantage

Should have implementation experience on EUC technologies

Optional Certifications:
Microsoft Workplace certifications and Microsoft ecosystem certifications

ITIL Foundations, Industry standard technical certifications, such as A+, and Project Management certification preferred.

Leadership:
Position requires strong leadership to mentor a team of decentralized service desk and system engineer teams delivering DWS to an international company.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

To set yourself apart:
For this position, a prior experience in designing and evolving the Digital Workplace for a global organization will be very favorably received. Previous experience in managing or designing Google G-Suite / Google Workspace will be a plus. Track record of personal development and success/progression over the years.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Overall Digital Workplace solutioning including implementation approach & delivery model
- Manage programmes of work that deliver Digital Workplace solutions & strategies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that can be managed by Wipro delivery organisation
- Prepare and deliver presentations to address the client stakeholders’ questions and obtain their buy-in of the proposed solution scenario or scenarios
- Create high quality, client facing assets targeting Digital Workplace solutions
- Develop and design roadmaps, implement strategies & transformation plans
- Scrutinise existing client environments and recommend solutions that enable a to-be vision. Lead or contribute to the Continuous Service Improvement process, seeking to eliminate recurrent incidents, problems or service requests
- Assist Wipro Delivery Organisation and the clients to move towards a mature DWS environment, enabling good industry practices and shift-left from manual labor activities to automated tasks
- Identify additional Request for Work opportunities within clients, leveraging wider Wipro offerings

**Technical Skills (Core & Top-Up)**

Expert in overall End User Stack technologies and competency in Active directory- Experience of architecting solutions in Digital Workplace offerings such as; collaboration and workplace modernisation (e.g. Office 365, Google Workspace, Windows 10 and WVD), Unified Endpoint Management solutions, unified comms, identity and security, and workspace design.
- Familiarity with current digital workplace trends, e.g. cloud journeys (productivity, collaboration, mobility, end user device), productivity solutions and tools, or foundational workplace security
- Familiarity with the wider Microsoft ecosystem pertaining to DWS automation such as Lakeside Systrack or Nexthink
- Ambitious, digitally minded, and can successfully combine technical understanding and business acumen to provide compelling client solutions
- Strong Architecture skills
- Client-facing communication, and relationship building skills
- L3 knowledge in remediation activities related to problem management
- Proficiency in building WBS and implementation plan
- Latest EUC certification on any two technologies - SCCM. MDT, Citrix/VMware VDI, Air watch
- Experience in Cloud O365 and/or experience in Google Workspace
- Good understanding of Windows platform
- Additional knowledge in other domains such as Service Desk Contact Center, end-user security, network, PC virtualization activities.
