**Responsibilities**:
**EUC Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute the EUC strategy, considering business requirements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define EUC initiatives and projects, aligning them with organizational goals.

**Solution Design and Architecture**:

- Design and architect EUC solutions using a variety of technologies, including:

- WS1 (Workspace ONE): Design and implement comprehensive digital workspace solutions.
- MAC (Macintosh): Support and integrate macOS devices into the EUC environment.
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Intune: Implement and configure MDM solutions for mobile devices, focusing on Intune.
- WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop) and Citrix: Architect and deploy virtual desktop infrastructure solutions using WVD and Citrix technologies.
- SharePoint: Configure and integrate SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- O365 (Office 365): Leverage Office 365 suite for enhanced productivity and collaboration.
- Automation tools and software: Identify opportunities for automation and implement relevant tools and software.
- PowerShell Scripting or other scripting languages: Develop scripts for automation, system administration, and configuration tasks.
- Encryption tools and software: Implement encryption solutions for data protection.
- Unified Communication: Design and integrate communication tools, such as video conferencing, VoIP, and messaging platforms.

**Project Management and Implementation**:

- Lead EUC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to implement EUC solutions effectively.
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and testing of EUC technologies.

**Performance Optimization and Support**:

- Monitor and optimize the performance of the EUC environment, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Provide third-level support for EUC-related incidents and problems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure EUC solutions comply with security and compliance standards, implementing encryption, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for the EUC environment.

**Documentation and Training**:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT teams and end users on EUC technologies and best practices.
