**Telesales**:
- **Lead Generation: We are providing**
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and follow-up calls.
- Identify prospective buyers by understanding their requirements.
- Maintain a database of leads and update information as needed.
- **Sales Promotion**:
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of various real estate properties.
- Promote upcoming projects and special offers to prospective clients.
- Schedule property visits or meetings with the sales team.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide information on property availability, pricing, and terms.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Data Management**:
- Record details of interactions with clients, including inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Use CRM systems to manage and track leads and sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and telesales teams to align efforts and strategies.- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging manner.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong ability to pitch products and convince customer for visits
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficient in managing leads, schedules, and CRM systems.
- **Resilience**: Patience and persistence in handling rejections and challenges.
- **Its totally office work, Sales team goes on Site Visits not Telesales.**
