- **Testing and Documentation**:

- Create and execute test cases to ensure C4C functions as designed.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and test results.
- Train end-users on the new C4C system and functionalities.

**- Ongoing Support and Optimization**:

- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend further system enhancements.

**Additional Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP C4C functionalities and configuration options.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
- Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- SAP C4C certification is a plus.
