We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Career/Admission Counselor to join our team. As a Career/Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students toward IT-related courses, including Data Science, Cyber Security, AI, ML, and Data Analytics. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be instrumental in nurturing talent and driving enrolments through both telephonic and in-person counseling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling Sessions: Conduct informative and engaging counseling sessions with prospective students, guiding them towards suitable IT courses based on their career aspirations and academic background.
- Course Information: Provide detailed information about our IT courses, including curriculum, job prospects, industry trends, and certification opportunities, to help students make informed decisions.
- Personalized Guidance: Understand the unique needs and goals of each student, and offer personalized counseling to align their interests with the right course and career path.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively nurture leads, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and competitor offerings to offer valuable insights during counseling sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in counseling/admissions, preferably in the IT education sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT courses, including Data Science, Cyber Security, AI, ML, and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Goal-driven and result-oriented with a focus on achieving enrolment targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
