**Job Title: Career Pathway Support Executive**
Location: Onsite (Sattva Global City Bangalore)
Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one career pathway consultations with prospective students.
- Guide students through the program selection process, answering questions about courses, fees, and career prospects.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Provide valuable feedback on common student concerns and share insights with the team.
- Help students define and refine their career goals, providing advice on program selection, skill-building, and career planning.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of counseling, sales, or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and achieving targets.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Indian higher education landscape and programs.
- Empathetic approach to student concerns and career path decisions.

**Key Performance Metrics**:

- Call booking rate (successful engagements with leads).
- Student satisfaction ratings (feedback on consultations and overall experience).
- Follow-up effectiveness (engagement and conversion success from follow-up efforts).

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
