Weekly Distributor & Item wise Sales Report
Weekly Collection Report
Monthly State & HQ wise Sales & Collection Target Reports.
Tour Program Sheet and Tracking.
Monthly Sales & Collection Planning with ZSM,RSM,ASM.
Weekly Follow Up With Field Force Team To Achieve Sales & Collection Targets.
Monthly Claim Follow-Up With ZSM/RSM/Asm
Monthly Product Movement Reports

**Reconciliation**

Monitoring Customer’s reconciliation and send it to appropriate person to distribute their accounts.
Sales, collection and Bank reconciliation
Reconciliation of Branch Accounting on monthly basis.
Resolving issues noted in reconciliation & taking up corrective measures

Sales & Marketing
Handling the team of two persons for the following:
Support Sales General Manager in daily reporting.
Controlling over field force’s daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Looking after field force’s joining, reporting, salary, expenses, claims & incentives etc. and resolving all their queries & problems Checking of Sales Bills regarding schemes, discounts, rates etc.
Distributor’s and C&F/CSA’s claims settlement (secondary claims and broken/ expiry claims)
Managing sales, collection, preparing debtors reconciliation statements, raising of debit/credit notes pertaining to customers.
Monitoring order processing, adequate measures for timely payments are received from debtors.
Preparation of Monthly approvals for sales tax, commission & other expenses of C&F/CSA.
Checking and approval for all types of vouchers related to C&F/CSA
Dealing & communication with C&F & CSA regarding payment collection, sales, dispatch, Tax & expenses etc.

**Stock**
Conducting physical verification of stocks & reconciling with books, preparing necessary records to track the inward / outward movement of goods to C&F/CSA.

**Need to be Profecient in Microsoft Excel.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
