The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations at client sites, including showrooms, ensuring cleanliness standards are met consistently. This role includes deploying and managing housekeeping staff, maintaining inventories, and liaising with showroom managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff across assigned showrooms and client premises.
- Assign and schedule housekeeping personnel to various showrooms based on client requirements and staff availability.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and company standards are maintained.
- Maintain records of attendance, cleaning schedules, and supply inventories.
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Act as a point of contact between S24x7 and showroom managers for staffing or operational issues.
- Ensure timely replenishment of cleaning materials and coordinate with the operations team for procurement.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, issues, and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in retail, commercial, or showroom environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple locations.
- Familiarity with housekeeping tools, chemicals, and equipment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or mobile-based reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel between assigned showrooms or locations as needed.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
