**Job Role**:
HMC Programmer & Operator for precision machining of large and heavy components. Must independently handle job setup, tooling, and programming on Horizontal Machining Centers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up HMC (e.g., Toyoda, Mazak, Makino)
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Perform 2D programming and offset corrections (Fanuc preferred)
- Select and set proper tools, holders, and cutting parameters
- Plan machining sequence and fixture clamping
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments
- Maintain job history, tool life data, and machine upkeep

**Mandatory Skills**:
Drawing Interpretation
Tooling Knowledge
2D Programming (G-code, M-code)

**Experience Required**:
5 to 10 Years in HMC operation and programming

**Qualification**:
Diploma / ITI/ BE - Mechanical / Production

**Employment Type**: Full Time
**Shift**: Rotational / As per plant schedule
