We are urgently looking for **QA Executive**for one of the **Pharma Manufacturing** Industry at **Navsari** location.

**Job Description:

- **

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Management System (QMS)**:

- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the site QMS in alignment with global and local regulatory requirements.

**Deviation & CAPA Management**:

- Review and investigate deviations, incidents, and non-conformances.
- Monitor CAPA effectiveness through periodic trend analysis.

**Regulatory Audits & Compliance**:

- Support internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain audit readiness at all times.

**Validation & Qualification**:

- Participate in validation and qualification activities (equipment, utilities, process, cleaning, analytical methods).

**Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)**:

- Coordinate, compile, and review APQR reports for all commercial products.

**In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)**:

- Monitor shop floor activities during manufacturing and packaging operations.

**Documentation & SOP Control**:

- Review and maintain controlled documents (SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, validation protocols, etc.).
